Does it bug anyone else when their electric bill is "estimated?"
It makes me think that they are too lazy/busy to send someone out to read my meter, but aren't too lazy/busy to send me a bill.
How do you think they'd like if I sent a check for less money than the bill, with a note that reads "I'm estimating that I used less electricity than you estimated"?
I don't think they'd like that at all.

Just rub your shoes on the carpet and create your own electricity. That will show them.
